Employment: Full Time On behalf of our client we are looking for a German speaking Executive Assistant with excellent written and spoken grammar.Full time (5 days, Sunday - Thursday, 09.00 am - 06.00 pm, 1 hour lunch break)Assisting in legal worksFile keepingPreparing outgoing correspondenceProof-reading in German and English languageCoordinating translationsPreparing and amending templates and presentationsInternal office managementAnswering telephone calls and reception tasksAttending and welcoming clientsGeneral administrative workArchiving literatureHandling easy IT problems Salary: AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
