Employment: Full Time We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Head with UAE market experience, to oversee a large portfolio and fine tune the Investment strategy whilst overseeing the operations of the ongoing portfolio, specifically - leasing, property management and facilities management teams.Client DetailsOur client is a real estate developer seeking a General Manager to oversee the current portfolio and define the future property investment strategy.Description* Develop, communicate and ensure compliance of operations within the business unit to the overall companys vision* Develop and oversee leasing strategy for the current portfolio including business development where required* Develop and implement Facilities management strategy for property portfolio* Further develop and fine tune development strategy to ongoing portfolio and identify new potential projects* Full P&L responsibility including planning and budgeting for ongoing portfolio, reporting into Board and Senior Management* Full oversight and understanding of local marketing and property trends* Increase management effectiveness through training, leading and recruiting as and when required for existing teamsJob Offer* Competitive salary and medical insurance REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors/Honors degree in relevant field (civil engineering degree preferred)* MBA (preferred)* UAE Market experience* 15 years overall experience , 5 years managerial experience (w.P&L)* Strong strategic asset management leasing, property management and facilities background* Experience managing a similar size and asset category portfolio* Strong attention to detail* Presentable, well-mannered and culturally fitted* Demonstrated loyalty throughout work history* Arabic speaker (preferred)
