KIKLABB is currently seeking a Front End Developer to help drive its growth. This is a full-time position, based in Dubai. We are seeking a dynamic Front End Developer to work with our team. You will have a can-do attitude, a love of technology and passionate about solving problems. You will work with the team implementing new features, solving performance problems, helping KIKLABB scale up.You will be able to move fast but ensure quality and longevity of the code base.Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):Develop new user-facing featuresEnsure the technical feasibility of designsOptimize application for maximum speed and scalabilityCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersEnsuring code quality through best practicesBuild efficient, testable, and reusable codeDevelop solutions in given time framesCommunicate with project manager about any issues or concerns REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with automated deployment strategiesExtensive experience building production-ready Front End Web applicationsProficient with AngularJS and other Javascript technologiesProficient with HTML and CSSExperience in building complex tools server/client-side toolsProficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.Proficient understanding of client-side scripting, JavaScript, and frameworks.Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an imageFamiliarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plusProficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around themProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitGood understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to themMobile web experienceExperience with PWA is a plus
