Employment: Full Time Effectively enforce compliance with top quality standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies / procedures.Estimate and procure material equipment needed to complete work projects for the purpose of ensuring timely completion of projects.Inspect completed work for the purpose of ensuring quality of workImplement the execution of routine and preventive maintenance programs, planning, and scheduling of work projects; adjusting work schedules in response to changing prioritiesSupervise the performance of crane maintenanceEffectively maintain inventory at necessary levelsDiagnose problems and proposed repair recommendations.Perform administrative tasks including ordering supplies and payroll reporting.Maintain maintenance records of repairs, replacements, and installationsEffectively manage manpower planning and safetyManage and lead the team of Mechanics REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or relevant DegreeCertification as a Crane Mechanic.Proven work experience as a Crane Mechanic.Understanding of computer testing technologies.Extensive knowledge of all types of Cranes and construction equipment (especially Mobile Cranes and Crawler cranes)Ability to work after-hours if required.Good communication skills.
