Employment: Full Time Serves food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures with emphasis on speed accuracy.Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, fixtures using correct cleaning agents and working in a safe and hygienic manner.Cleans and re-stocks service stations and all other storage places.To be familiar with all items available to guests in relation to menu items.To adhere to the cleaning schedule and ensure it is followed at all times.To report for duty on time and ensure a smart image at all times by maintaining the highest standards of personnel hygiene.To be knowledgeable of all equipment in the outlet.Performs any other tasks requested by the Management Team and any reasonable request made by guest.To be able to set up different types of meeting room and break-down the banquet operations procedure.
