Job Purpose:The Operations Coordinator plans and schedules all vehicles. This includes liaising closely with HR and Truck Specialist to align on available Pilots and Maintenance activities, to optimize schedules and foresee and circumvent bottlenecks, and, load schedules in the dashboard so that vehicles reflect the plan. The Ops Coordinator also maintains the Operations Manual and develops and maintains all SOPsKey Responsibilities (What you will be responsible for)Maintaining the Operations Master PlanCreating the B2C schedule and maintaining it in real time to reflect changes including B2B petrol dealsCreating and maintaining the B2B plan (diesel)Supporting Operations in licensing/permits/passes for Pilots Trucks to complete upon deals.Periodically reviewing the arrangements set, and amending schedules to optimize assets.Creating robust B2B SOPs and updating in event of changes.Building and maintaining relationships with HR and Lead Truck Specialist REQUIREMENTS: Skills / Competencies required:Attention to detail to ensure schedule remains accurateQuick action taker schedules updated in real time so they remain constantly accurateGood interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholdersDriven personality and follows up to enable operations preparedness for executing dealsExperience required:Previous experience as Fleet Supervisor desiredExcellent planning and scheduling skillsSound MS Excel or other planning tool use
