Job Summary:- Provide essential repairs and maintenance services to the vehicles and ensure compliance of statutory requirements such timely technical passing of all vehicles in order to maintain uninterrupted fleet operation.Job Responsibilities:- Carry out quality maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs works, including timely preventive maintenance & service schedule, (for both diesel and petrol vehicles) to ensure safety and reliability of the vehicles.- Implement all statutory compliance requirements related to the vehicles such as timely passing of the vehicles to protect the company against any statutory penalties.- Assess and procure spares needed for in-house maintenance as per the company guidelines.- Coordinate with insurance companies to carry out repair to the accidentally damaged vehicles through their authorized garages and follow up with them for timely recovery.- Attend to emergency calls round the clock for vehicles breakdowns in the field, assess the problem and carry out necessary repairs on site or recover the vehicle for in-house repairs.- Maintain up-to-date record on all vehicles operating in the UAE for the purpose of efficient tracking of repair, maintenance and service. REQUIREMENTS: Education, experience and skills:- Mechanical Diploma in Automobile with sound technical knowledge of repair & maintenance of both petrol and diesel vehicles.- 3 - 5 years hands on experience of repair & maintenance of both petrol & diesel vehicles.- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.- Problem-solving skills- Valid UAE Driving License - Manual
