Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Position SnapshotLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompany: Nestle MENA Head OfficePosition SummaryResponsible for Controlling overhead expenses, workplace costs and IT across Countries, Categories and Functions for MENA market, from primary cost to P&L allocations by CategoryA day in the life of-Annual budget: Lead the annual organizational planning and budgeting process: (Operation People Plan), allocation to Businesses, Executive Management stakeholders alignment, coordination with HR Business partners and Controllers (Business, Function, Countries)-Dynamic Forecast: Review Overheads, workplace costs and IT Forecast and ensure actions are taken to meet Market target-Actuals: Drive improvement of quality of inputs from Countries and Functions (cost center cleaning, GL accounting, data cleansing, accuracy of accruals), monthly pre- health-check with Country Controllers and annual review of actuarial reports to ensure Actuals are accurate-Visibility: Prepare regular reports to show Actuals vs. Dynamic Forecast by Category/Country, prepare analysis and recommendations to support decision making-Allocations: Ensure correct allocation of Overheads, Workplace costs and IT costs to Categories, in compliance with Group Accounting Standards. Drive improvements on the allocation process with Countries and Categories to ensure a fair, accurate and smooth allocation process-Drive Savings initiatives: Work closely with Compensation & Benefits Team to drive employee related savings initiatives, and with Procurement, Workplace Solution and IT to drive savings initiatives. Monthly review with Country Controllers to review Actuals vs. Latest Forecast.-Co-Pilot in the MENA Organization: Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations to support Categories queries-Compliance: Be the expert and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Group costing standard application relating to Overheads-Reporting: Prepare Headcounts and HR cost Management Reporting-Projects: Drive visibility on commitments, highlight gaps vs. Business plan and timeline, and take actions to ensure commitments are delivered as planned REQUIREMENTS: What will make you successful-Experience in a network organization (spanning multiple Countries, Businesses, Factories) with cross-functional stakeholders-Ability to influence Business decisions while maintaining confidentiality with highest integrity-Excellent Communicator, both orally and written-Excellent organizational and planning skills-Experience in Finance function at Regional level (Function Controlling, Countries Controlling, or Business Controlling)-Solid knowledge of P&L management, Management Account, Finance Process of transactions, and cost allocation-Understanding of business environment/ competition/ capacity to benchmark-Extensive knowledge of SAP and Activity Based Costing / Drivers-Experience working with Shared Service Centers and Center of Competences-University Degree in Business/Finance-5 years of experience in Finance Function (Function Controlling, Countries Controlling, or Business Controlling) at Regional level in a network organization spanning multiple Countries and Businesses-Full-time-Bachelors Degree (Business/Finance) - CMA/CIMAWe thank all applicants for their interest, however only those individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.We are Nestle , the largest food and beverage company.
