Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Position SnapshotLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesCompany: Nestle MENA Head OfficePosition SummaryResponsible for Controlling overhead expenses, workplace costs and IT across Countries, Categories and Functions for MENA market, from primary cost to P&L allocations by CategoryA day in the life of-Annual budget: Lead the annual organizational planning and budgeting process: (Operation People Plan), allocation to Businesses, Executive Management stakeholders alignment, coordination with HR Business partners and Controllers (Business, Function, Countries)-Dynamic Forecast: Review Overheads, workplace costs and IT Forecast and ensure actions are taken to meet Market target-Actuals: Drive improvement of quality of inputs from Countries and Functions (cost center cleaning, GL accounting, data cleansing, accuracy of accruals), monthly pre- health-check with Country Controllers and annual review of actuarial reports to ensure Actuals are accurate-Visibility: Prepare regular reports to show Actuals vs. Dynamic Forecast by Category/Country, prepare analysis and recommendations to support decision making-Allocations: Ensure correct allocation of Overheads, Workplace costs and IT costs to Categories, in compliance with Group Accounting Standards. Drive improvements on the allocation process with Countries and Categories to ensure a fair, accurate and smooth allocation process-Drive Savings initiatives: Work closely with Compensation & Benefits Team to drive employee related savings initiatives, and with Procurement, Workplace Solution and IT to drive savings initiatives.
