Financial Consolidation Manager

Job Description

WSP is looking for a Financial Consolidation Manager to join our finance team. The Manager, Financial Consolidations will be responsible for the preparation and review of the periodic financial Statements for local and Group Management.ResponsibilitiesEnsure Profit & Loss Reports for the Middle East region are prepared and reviewed on a periodic basis by Business Unit, Country, Legal Entity & by periodEnsure Balance Sheet statements are reviewed at a legal entity level on a periodic basis with substantiation through supporting schedulesEnsure compliance with Internal & External Audit requirementsValidate coherence of data between systems/reports used for Local Management reporting & Group Management ReportingEnsure Key Performance indicators are reviewed and monitored against forecasts and benchmarksSupport the Budgeting and Forecasting process REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTSCFA/CPA/CA with around 10 years of experience in Financial Consolidation and reporting in Professional Services / Consulting / Engineering industryExperience in a multinational environment, working amidst multiple legal entities, currencies and business unitsGood working knowledge of consolidation tools like HyperionGood communication and report writing skillsAnalytical and detail-orientedExceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritizeWhat if we canWhat if we can have work-life balance What if we can be rewarded in ways that support our individual needs What if we can be accepted for who we are Here at WSP we can!WSP recognizes that work is only one part of our lives and making time for the other things in our life is important be that our families, our friends or ourselves.
