Our brands include Nestle and Gerber maternal and infant nutrition, PowerBar and Musashi performance nutrition and Jenny Craig weight management.Position SummaryYou will be responsible for the financial planning processes across the businesses within Nestle in the Market and ensure flawless execution along with high quality of deliverables.A day in the life of-Ensure that a solid business planning process is in place across the region in order to provide to management full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities. -Support the execution/ consolidation/ reporting of the different planning cycles across the countries within Nestle, coordinating with the co-pilots and other business partners using appropriate management tools for the planning process. -Ensure that planning tools work efficiently, working procedures are documented, and that there is integration and consistency within system and scope -Optimize marketing investments: Identify the most efficient & effective way to perform pre & post evaluation (financial & commercial) and ensure that the analysis is completed; learning log is maintained with key learnings implemented. Ensure procedures are in place to determine if Nestle is getting performance in line with customer agreements -Promote Business Planning Best Practices and Tools across the market and ensure alignment with operational processes -Ensure initial Base Financial Forecast run is correctly populated to enable Business Controllers to run simulations; provide all necessary support for their business simulation activities -Stewards of the Financial Planning process for financial deliverables. Ensure timely dissemination of related information to all stakeholders -Support the Finance & Control in their respective area and provide training needs within Business Unit REQUIREMENTS: What will make you successful-Business Planning/ Forecasting and Modelling -Advanced Excel skills -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence decision-making -Strategic thinker -Good analytical, organizational, and planning skills -Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solid business results -Bachelors Degree (Business/Finance) - CMA/CIMA-2-4 years experience in a previous controlling analytical/audit/costing/accounting roleNestle is 308,000 people strong and are driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
