Quest Search & Selection is working with a well-known FMCG company seeking a Finance Manager to work at their Dubai office. We ideally are looking for candidates with experience as Finance Manager within the FMCG-Beverage industry in a multinational corporation.As the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:Budget and quarterly Latest Estimate (LE) managementSales analysis vs budgeted; financial support analysis and business partneringImplement financial guidelines and processesMaintain financial systems and reporting (e.g. trading results, brand performance, channel performance)Collaborate with key internal teams and stakeholdersRecommend improvements to avoid business risks and maximize opportunitiesTeam management Salary: AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: MBA, with minimum 10 years as Finance Manager in FMCG industry (Beverage highly preferred)At least 6 years experience in FP&A or Commercial FinanceProficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; Prisma toolAble to manage a team (5-7 members)Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skillsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsOpen to occasional travelThe BenefitsSalary package offered is AED 30,000 - 35,000 including all the allowances on a single status.Please apply only if you have the relevant experience.
