They are looking to hire a Finance Manager for their offices in Dubai.Client DetailsOur client is a prominent international lifestyle brand, with over a thousand employees worldwide. They are looking to expand their finance department and have an opening for the Finance Manager role.DescriptionThe Finance Manager is required to manage all administrative and financial functions, and will be responsible for:Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reportsLiaising with auditors for yearly reviewsEnsuring the timely completion of tax requirementsFinancial planning and forecastingAdapting the financial plan into requesting yearly budgets and keeping track on deviations, ensuring the usage of restorative measuresResearching and covering factors affecting business execution and giving administration dataDeveloping detailed and accurate business plans to support the decision making and tracking of budgetsCash-flow planning and monitoring, delivering long-term forecastsIdentifying improvement opportunities and implementing themManaging company contracts including lease agreementsReviewing and following up on the monetary dangers specifically with insurance and receivablesDeveloping strong relationships with the partnersJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a MUST5 to 10 years of experience in a Big 4 audit firm is preferablePrior experience as a Finance ManagerBS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plusHas strong planning and organising skills with excellent use of MS Office
