Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading conglomerate in the Middle East, looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong background in the retail industry and in managing multiple accountsAs a Finance Manager, you will:-Advise on investment activities and provide strategies to minimize financial risks-Perform financial, market trends analysis, budget planning-Prepare financial reports on regular basis and present it management-Ensure that the business adheres to financial regulations and legislations-Establish financial procedures and policies, and ensure that these are strictly adhered to-Monitor overall daily financial operations of the business (e.g. payroll and other transactions)-Collaborate with key internal teams and departments to align with business plans and provide financial solutions-Lead and manage finance team REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Business or similar field-At least 8 years experience as a Finance Manager or similar capacity-Background in the retail industry and automated business systems-Strong skills in MS Excel, reporting, accounting software, payroll software-Excellent verbal and written communication skills-Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsIf you think you have the qualifications and interested to join this successful company, apply online with your updated CV today.
