Location: Dubai, Middle EastCompany: NestleFull-time internship, 1 monthPosition SummaryWith supervision from the Finance and Control Manager of the Sales Entity as well as the support of an Accounting Supervisor and Accountant, the position supports day to day financial activities in the most dynamic entity within the UAE to support with compliance, filing, updating the customer master data, and to implement an audit recommendation.A day in the life of- Ensure all the tax registration is done in accordance with the Nestle Code of Conduct, and therefore compliant- Work with the Channel Category Sales Development Executives and Managers to ensure all the customer data is correct and updated on an Excel file- Cross check all the customer data within the master file to ensure all the contact details and the relevant person to contact is up to date- Identify gaps in the documents and files to implement an audit recommendation REQUIREMENTS: What will make you successful- Fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience- Excellent Excel skills: knows how to manipulate data, and create V lookup tables and create graphs and tables that are visually appealing- Enjoys organising: this role is very operational hence you have to be willing to get your hands dirty and be involved in very operational work- Willing to learn: There is always an opportunity to grow and learn more at Nestle, hence you need to be willing to learn new ways of workingWe are Nestle, the largest food and beverage company.
