On behalf of our client a entrepreneurial law company that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Finance Director.Reporting to the Shareholder you will be responsible for managing all aspects of group finance including client billing and credit control, contracting with and setting up new clients, management of client funds held by the group companies, payment of suppliers, payment of staff salaries, social security and expenses, treasury banking and petty cash, office and company villa leases and contents, external financial reporting and analysis, VAT returns, monthly management accounts annual audit for individual companies, undertaking fee earning work for clients, managing HR function which includes employment contracts, recruitment and vetting, disciplinary procedures and processes and management of staff training. Salary: AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and be degree educated in finance/accounting with a ACCA UK or CMA qualification, have IFRS experience, 12 years post graduation experience, 6 of which must be within a UAE based firm and have senior regional experience.Please note this role may suit a Parent as gives flexible working hours30 Hour week (6 hours per day)
