Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Our client, a leading financial services firm in the region, are looking to hire a commercially minded CFO to join their senior management team. This role is best suited to a non-banking CFO who has worked within a professional services/management consultancy firm, within the technology industry or an investment management firm.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Responsible for overall management of the finance and accounting function.Execution of the financial strategy in line with the groupProvide analysis and recommendations on revenue increase and cost reductionHigh level risk managementResponsible for ensuring that annual financial objectives and budgets are set and attainedSupport the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plansSupport commercial decision makingDetermine KPIs for the finance function REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should hold a minimum of a bachelors degree in finance or accounting or equivalentACCA, CFA, CPA, CA, CMA qualified candidates preferredCandidates should have operated at a CFO or Finance Director level for at least 5 years or moreCandidates must currently be based in the UAE
