REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have proven capability in planning across all facets of F&B operations including rostering, stock ordering and controls, point of sale, cash management, promotions and customer service. Excellent communication skills are a must along with proven success in working cooperatively with both front of house and back of house teams to deliver seamless and high energy operations. Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.
