Quest is working with a large and successful company in the Middle East seeking for an F&B General Manager to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for someone innovative, with very strong leadership and strategic planning skills.As an F&B General Manager, you will:- Manage and oversee whole F&B operations- Develop, innovate and execute creative food service- Establish standards, policies, and procedures- Ensure that all processes are aligned with these standards, policies, and procedures- Gather feedback from management, guests, and customers- Oversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections- Oversee food quality, cleanliness, and safety- Generate reports for Senior Management REQUIREMENTS: - At least 8 years relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in Hospitality, F&B, or Industrial Kitchen- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Strong experience in leading a team- Very strong leadership skills, independent, and operations management- Thrives in a fast paced environmentIf you think you have the qualifications for this role, apply with your updated CV today.
