Job Description

Employment: Full Time General Duties:- Supervise and follow up serological test for diagnosis of poultry diseases, and ensure the quality control process in the farm.- Maintaining and monitoring the quality of product.- Monitoring chickens health and welfare.- Write daily basic progress reports.Hatchery:- Follow up the routine work in hatchery.- Supervise the cleaning and disinfection process for disinfection.- Make sure of proper setting of hatching eggs.- Supervise & follow up the process of hatching chicks and vaccination of chicks.Broiler:- Preparing regular program for cleaning and disinfection sheds. And supervise the cleaning and disinfection process.- Maintain the highest level of hygienic and safety measurements in terms of temperature, humidity, water, feed, ..etc.- Prepare implement vaccination and medication program and keep monitoring the health status of the flocks.Processing Plant:- Supervise & follow up all the process in processing plant:- Loading- Cleaning the processing plant- Receiving the chicken- Hanging process- Slaughtering Process- Bleeding Process- Scalding Process- De-feathering Process- Cutting Chickens Head- Evisceration; Liposuction Lung- Removal of Tracheal; Cutting legs- Washing & hanging in chiller chain- Weighing process- Packing Process (Plastic & Carton); and Stamping Process & Loading to Chiller Store. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Medicine.- With 8-10 years relevant experience in poultry production. 2 years in management level.- With Leadership and Management Skills, highly numerate, Planning and Analytical Skills.- In depth knowledge of poultry production and with knowledge of Farm Maintenance
