Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Warehouse Worker, responsible for efficiently managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting seamless warehouse operations to ensure on-time production and delivery.Responsibilities:- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments accurately and promptly.- Inspect shipments for damage and verify quantities against invoices or packing lists.- Store materials and finished products in designated warehouse locations safely and systematically.- Pick and prepare products for shipment ensuring correct labeling and packaging.- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area to comply with safety standards.- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely following company protocols.- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and scheduling.Requirements:- Previous experience in warehouse operations or manufacturing environment preferred.- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification is a plus).- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.- Basic understanding of inventory management and safety procedures.- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as required.- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Salary:AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
