Employment: Full Time Required to join a contractor working with government and military clients in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the FM on major portfolios. This will include ensuring building maintenance and other services are completed efficiently, carrying out site audits and management inspections, managing services contracts and the work of contractors and controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budget. REQUIREMENTS: To apply candidates should meet the following criteriaA degree in Mechanical Engineering15 years post graduate experience working in facilities managementA proven track record of managing large FM projects in the UAEMUST be based in the UAEFamiliar with CAFMFluency in Arabic is desirable
