My client, a large contractors, is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee a large team of labour to maintain and monitor their portfolio of swimming pools in Dubai. You will be responsible for the entire Pool Maintenance and Operations department including staff, plant, tenders and maintenance schedules. You must always ensure a high standard of service across all of the contracts. REQUIREMENTS: There is upwards of 250 pools to maintain . You will also be responsible for monitoring the construction of new swimming pools - overseeing the high quality of materials and equipment and to ensure a timely programme and that budgets are met and the pools are Completed on time. They require 10 + years experience in a similar level role and in the Middle East - preferable Dubai.
