Charterhouse is working with one of the most well-known brands in the region who is looking to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Deputy CTO in their head office based at their head office on site in Jebel Ali, Dubai.In this role you will provide high quality assistance and support to the Deputy Chief Technology Officer. The role will involve managing the Deputy CTOs agenda, providing communication between the CTO and external / internal stakeholders. You will be responsible to write up minutes of meetings and distributes paperwork along with drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and planning itineraries as well as providing overall assistance as required. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should hold at least 5-7 years experience ideally in a multinational company and have supported C-level executives previously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as is the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing relationships with various stakeholders. It is ideal for the successful candidate to have a UAE driving license and your own vehicle and there is free car parking available on site.
