Employment: Full Time Position Title: Estimator (Fit-out & Joinery)Employment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 6,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Technopark Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A family-owned group with diversified operations in leading scaffolding company that manufactures, leases and supplies steel and aluminum systems across the Middle East.Job Role:-Estimation interior fit-out projects-Preparation of bills of quantities-Adjudication of contractors claims (measurement)-Estimating and cost control-Managing full tender process-Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents-Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:-25 years old and above-Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or any related course-Minimum 4 years of similar work experience in a senior position and must have a strong knowledge as QS- Quantity Surveyor-Extensive experience in the joinery and fit out industry is a must-Knowledgeable in RFQs, tender and bill of quantity-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills-If shortlisted must be willing to work on 7-days paid trial
