Employment: Full Time We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our renovation and fit-out team. We are a fast growing ogranisation and looking for someone who is driven and wishes to grow in their career.We are a Dubai based provider of facility management and property maintenance services. We provide a range of hard- and soft services to both individual apartments, villas and entire high-rise buildings.Title: Estimation Engineer (renovations & fit-outs)Employment type: Full-timeSalary: Up to 7 500 AED including car, depending on qualifications.Location: Al Barsha, Dubai (close to Mall of Emirates)Duties:Interpreting drawings and specificationsPreparation of bills of quantitiesPrice tendersProcurementCost controlREQUIREMENTS:Minimum 25 years oldDrivers licenseDiploma or bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or any related courseStrong knowledge as Quantity SurveyorExtensive experience in renovation and fit-out industryKnowledgeable in RFQs, tender and bill of quantityProficient in Microsoft OfficeProficient in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skillsPositive and driven personalityIndustryInterior fit outEmployment TypeFull-time Salary: AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
