Employment: Full Time Technical Competencies:Knowledge on electrical motors like single phase and 3 phase induction motors.Knowledge on Electrical & control wiring.Maintenance and troubleshooting of Plant MachineriesKnowledge on various electrical components like breakers, power contactors, overload relay, timer circuits.Maintenance and troubleshooting of Hydraulic Equipment.Troubleshooting the problems related to plastering machine includes both electrical and mechanical works.Air and Water System Equipment repair, consisting of water pumps, compressors, motors.Maintenance of various control equipments like pressure switches, flowmeters, water level switches.Gear Box OverhaulingFabrication and Welding Works.Plumbing works.Context & Essential Functions (Important features of job including internal environment, external environment & framework)To closely coordinate with the maintenance team to carry out the work on specified time frame.Perform the preventive, predictive and periodic maintenance of the machineries.Inform the supervisor in case of any requirement for spare parts.Maintaining the daily log sheet for the day to day activities carryout in site and in the plant.Resolve the problem related to machineries onsite with in the time frame.To ensure timely completion of above processes. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 year experience in the industry.Qualification in Technical course or degreeBasic knowledge in EnglishKnowledge on Electrical, welding, hydraulic system, pneumatic system.Knowledge on Electrical & control wiring.Maintenance and troubleshooting of Plant MachineriesKnowledge on various electrical components like breakers, power contactors, overload relay, timer circuits.
