Pioneered the concept of exclusive and dedicated mono brand fragrance stores in leading malls and prime market locations in UAE, supported by a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.Job Role:Reports to General Manager (Retail) and supervise Sales Executives & Account ExecutivesDevelop sales & marketing strategies to penetrate untapped / virgin segments within the assigned territory and achieve annual targets in the existing marketing base.Drive business growth through identification & penetration of new market segmentsExplore overseas markets, identify suitable importers and appoint Distributors on assessment of their capabilities to meet corporate objectivesDevelop sales plans, annual budgets and forecast to provide quarterly and monthly reports to senior management.Generate timely MIS and market intelligence reports REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to Iranian and Arabic nationalityMale, 30 years old and aboveGraduate in any discipline with Business Management in Sales & MarketingMinimum 10 years experience in Retail Sales / Distribution preferably in perfumery industry or in a professionally managed large scale MENA distribution companiesExcellent knowledge of the markets of the specified countriesFamiliar with exports and LC proceduresSound knowledge of distribution business in MENA countriesStrong knowledge of the trade practices & documentation in the specified regionCan speak Persian/ Iranian language and excellent communication skillsKey skills entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal skills, negotiation, selling skills, leadership, and man management skillsWilling to travel within the assigned countries to generate new business & customersValid UAE driving license is a must
