We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients. Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (registered nurses, LPN etc.)Guide staffing proceduresSet objectives and long-term goals for the nursing departmentOrganize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care proceduresDevelop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standardsControl budgets and monitor expendituresResolve issues and deficiencies when neededManage record-keeping proceduresCollaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operationsReport to upper management REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Bachelor degree in nursing, preferably with master degreeWith at least 4 years of management experience in a 100 bed hospital capacity / ICU Unit or a rehab centerWith minimum 8 years of experience in the nursing fieldHave experience working with adult and pedia patients both in long term and short term careWilling to be based in Abu Dhabi
