Employment: Full Time A leading FM Service Provider is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Head of FM to work on a prestigious Retail Mall project.The role will encompass total FM services including both hard and soft and will also liaise regularly with the in-house team.This is a great role for someone who is customer facing with a very strong FM background and experience working in the region. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must have extensive experience of Managing the FM (both hard and soft services) within a Shopping Mall environment. You will also need to have exceptional communication skills be comfortable presenting at a board level and have the ability to manage multi faceted teams.
