This may be a diverse, complex business, but departments such as risk management and quality assurance ensure agility prevails.What youll deliver-Youll develop and implement the strategy for Excellence & Government Agenda incorporating the Happiness, Innovation and Future Foresight initiatives.-Supported by a comprehensive reporting mechanism to provide regular reports to the Senior Management to enable Dubai Airports to achieve its excellence objectives and targets.-Youll provide overall direction and management to the Excellence & Government Agenda Team to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of the planned programmes across the business.-Youll oversee all external activities related to excellence including establishing relationships and communication channels with all government departments and external bodies, such as the officials and sponsors of Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and the Dubai Quality Group (DQG). REQUIREMENTS: What you bring-Youll need degree level and / or an equivalent professional qualification in a discipline related to quality, process improvement and Aviation Operations.-Youll have a minimum of 10 years experience in various senior roles within Quality, process improvements in Aviation Operations, with experience in a senior managerial position involving the planning, organizing, and integrating of a team and activities.-Youll have knowledge of business operating models and outcome performance methods.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
