Responsible to leverage the companys social & digital activities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.Plan, create and implement a marketing strategyDevelop social media lead generation campaign and connect it to the CRM systemSuccessfully design and market the launch of new projects by developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social, etc.)Analyse project data for audience targetingEnsuring maximum lead generation at the lowest cost per lead while maintaining qualityKnowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and news such as social updates and changes in algorithmsUnderstand the key measurement tools availableEnsure adherence to deadlines and budgets REQUIREMENTS: Competencies:Preferred Educational Background: Bachelors Degree Digital Marketing.Minimum 3 years of digital experience. Real estate experience is a plus.Excellent written and spoken EnglishCreative with design skillsExcellent at multitasking. This is a fast-paced role that requires ability to manage many projects simultaneously.Attention to detailsSelf-driven with a can-do attitudeGood computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc...)Software Skills: good knowledge of design software such as Illustrator, photoshop.Job Type:Full-timeExperience:Digital/Social Marketing: 3 years Real estate experience is an advantageLanguage:Proficient in English.
