Employment: Full Time We are looking for a DSS (Digital Sales Specialist) to grow our digital business. The person we have in mind will be someone with a strong background in digital sales with great relationships in the market.This position reports directly to the Digital Director.Responsibilities:Drive digital revenue growth for the company; take revenue share out of the market, and create new digital business for this you will need to be out and about building and nurturing relationships across industries and sectors in the UAE.Work at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with the account teamsKnowledge of all digital sales products and pricing strategies.Assist in forecasting revenue, developing and sustaining a business plan to exceed the digital sales budgetDeliver sales presentations solo and in tandem with the digital teamCreate and develop strong business relationshipsPlease note that there is a basic of AED 2500 with an uncapped commission structure on sales. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Promote a winning, positive culture. Be a team player. Have passion for the business, your job, and helping clients to be successful.Experience in digital selling/buying/creatingAbility to translate and communicate problems into opportunities. Creativity and nimbleness is essential.Presentation experience, excellent written and verbal communications essential.Ability to manage multiple projects, manages time wisely, and prioritizes projects and people.Strong computer skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, ExcelGreat understanding of digital marketing and digital marketing products.
