Digital Project Manager (Contract-Based) - 5 months EYTEThe OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity available as a Digital Project Manager based in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you would work closely with our branding, marketing and communications team at EY in order to plan, manage, and execute a complex, yet exciting digital marketing and branding project for EY MENA.An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will also anticipate and identify risks to the project and share any issues with senior members of the team while simultaneously supporting the testing and quality assurance process.Please note that this role will work on a contract-basis that extends up to the 31 st of December, 2019 . There may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role within EY according to business requirements.Your Key Responsibilities- Drawing on your skills and experiences as a project management professional, you will work towards delivering a complex digital transformation project to established scope, timing, budget and standards in coordination with your counterparts in our global and country teams.- Subsequently, you are expected to proactively manage changing requirements within the project and the organization, and identify and communicate their impacts to the project timeline and adapt accordingly.- Finally, you will also communicate on a regular basis with your stakeholders in order to ensure buy-in, proper escalation, and strategic alignment as you closely track and report the projects status, trends, and concerns. REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for the role, you must have:- PMO experience.- Excellent project and time management capabilities.- Prior hands-on experience in managing digital, web, or IT related projects.- Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.- Around 3 years of experience in project management and planning.- The ability to provide guidance and share knowledge with team members, and participating in performing procedures, especially focusing on complex, judgemental and/or specialized issues.- A degree in business, IT, digital, or web related discipline.Ideally, you will also:- Be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).- Have knowledge of content management systems.What we look forWe are interested in flexible professionals, who are not afraid of challenges and think critically and creatively and who are used to working in a dynamic environment.
