Employment: Full Time Audit, plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns and google analytics.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.Forecast sales performance trends to generate revenue using different offers and high negotiation skillsBuild an inbound marketing planCreate a PR strategyImplement, training and manage (CRM) system.E-Commerce managementWrite content and blog for the website.Email Marketing direct with customers.Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the companys presence in the market.Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships through cold calls.Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activitiesCoordinate with photographer and videographer Salary: AED 5,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or a related fieldProven working experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)Working knowledge of Ads serving toolsExperience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search enginesGraphic Design with Canvas, Photoshop and IllustrationBasic Photography
