Employment: Full Time We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager to produce high-quality outputs for our clients brand and manage all digital channels for client and influencer acquisition and engagement.The Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager will help develop our brand identity, generate novel work, and identify new ways to reach brands and influencers. They should also contribute to the shaping of our stylistic guidelines.Develop high-quality content for all social channels and adsManage, track and analyse media performance and provide recommendationsOversee lead generation and CPL optimization across Facebook and other social networksConduct research to learn more about current trends, developments and perceptionsManage social engagement including responding to usersMonitor and report social media and company website metricsSuggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumersCollaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.Stay up-to-date with latest social media best practices and technologies REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:3-years experience in creating strong, engaging content.3-years experience in social media marketing including managing and optimizing campaigns on:Facebook (Instagram), Twitter, YouTubeExpert at Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe illustratorExcellent English & Arabic (Written & Oral)Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.Good knowledge of CRMs: Hubspot, SalesForce, AdEspresso, MailchimpGood knowledge of the SME regional landscape including F&B outlets, attractions, and hotelsA positive attitudePlenty of initiativeReliable
