We are currently looking for a Digital Business Manager to work for a Multinational Retail Company (Fragrance) in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities:* Manage and develop the e-business accounts across the e-commerce platforms in GCC* Ensure brands are represented according to guidelines with a strong presence online* Improve brands performance online and manage online retailers* Work alongside the marketing team to implement a digital and commercial strategy across the online platform channels* Create and implement plans for each online channel and execute marketing campaigns* Maintain relation with online retailers and manage negotiations with distributors* Analyse the sales on each channel and suggest new business ideas* Conduct a benchmark of the competition REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:* Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in marketing or similar field* Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce (Beauty/Fashion/Jewellery/ FMCG)* Strong knowledge in e-commerce across online channels* Up to date with the latest digital trends and strong analytical skills* Candidate must have strong negotiation skills* A genuine interest in the beauty industry.
