Job Description

We are currently looking for a Digital and Marketing Specialist to work for a large organization that is based in Dubai. In this role, you will manage all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.Other responsibilities include:Oversees all company social media accounts managementDevelops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messagesCoordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goalsManages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or directionAudits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returnsAnalyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvementInterviews, hires, and trains social media team membersWorks with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messagesMonitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Required to join an engineering consultancy working on the engineering and construction supervision of a water pipeline project in Saudi Arabia. Candidates will be responsible for the delivery of assigned work on schedule and on budget and the technical integrity and quality of the Cathodic Protection discipline.To apply candidate should meet the following criteria:BSc degree (or equivalent) in EngineeringMinimum 10 years verifiable experience in CP systems design and supervision.MUST have worked on a large pipeline project.Should be in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama
