Requisite Qualifications:The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline, preferably in Architecture.Experience Requirement:Must have at least 18-20 years of UAE/GCC work experience in Design Review and Management with a leading real estate or property developer for large-scale mixed-use development projects (Residential, commercial, retail, villas, resort, hotel etc.).Skill Sets Required:Management Skills and Interpersonal Skills.Ability to coordinate either internally or externally including to all relevant authorities.Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Autocad and other software products.
