Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a high-volume and high-profile public environment will be a distinct advantage.Demonstrated experience in maintaining a flexible, co-operative and professional work environment, managing both FOH and BOH teams, with an understanding and well-communicated approach to OH&S standards, policies and procedures will be crucial for this position.
