* Bachelors degree in Law or similar field, or equivalent experience.* Detailed knowledge on the OECD data privacy principles and their application.* Prior experience of working with a Bank or the wider financial services industry will be highly preferred.* Professional certifications such as CIPP, CISA, CIPM, CIPT, ITIL (F) is highly preferred.* Understanding of the data lifecycle from creation through to disposal.* Expertise drafting and negotiating data privacy agreements and developing data privacy contractual notices.
