Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment The RoleMy client is looking for a Data Analyst within an international leading educational institution in Dubai. The business is expanding and this position would be contributing towards the organisation goals on development.Responsibilities* Managing and coordinating statistical analysis and data processing operations* Projecting employee targets* Create feasibility reports* Analyse at social media traffic* Developing student feedback system- conducting survey research* Produce tables, graphs, dashboards of data to display and summaries university data i.e student cohort tracking, annual enrollments, rates of post university employment, etc.* Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems to optimise on statistical efficiency* Generate KPIs for each department in line with corporate strategic goals.* Initiate bench marking studies on corporate and departmental levels to compare best market practices and develop future strategy. REQUIREMENTS: Key competencies and requirements* Experience in higher education/education industry is essential.* Experience as Data Analyst/Institutional research analyst/HR analyst is desired.* UAE regional experience is crucial.
