Transguard workforce solutions have been engaged by our client to source ARABIC AND ENGLISH speaking Customer Service Executives. Our client is a leading multinational insurance company.As a Customer Service Executive based in Dubai, this role will be responsible for guiding customer over calls for all their healthcare insurance related queries.We require IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE candidates who are willing to work in shifts in a call center environment as follows:8 am 5 pm / 11 am 8 pm / 2 pm 11 pm , 5 days a week. 2 days off in a week may not be consecutive on all weeks. One Friday of the month will be working.Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;Analyzing customers complaints and recommend solutions.Discussing with customers on telephone and providing information on the companys products and services.To understand the companys insurance policies and products and be able to tell whether a policy covers a type of loss or not.To Call up customers who had previously called to complain to know if their challenges have been resolved and to ensure that they are now satisfied.To communicate changes or adjustment in policies to clients.To Send newsletters, mails, and other forms of correspondences to customers.To receive reports of claims and communicate reports of investigation to the clients.To forward all filed claims to the appropriate department for handling and investigation.To Assist clients in filling of policy documents and contact them whenever any error is discovered, or when it needs to be corrected.To manage and protect the reputation of the company.To maintain strong relationship with customers. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must be :Atleast degree educated in a healthcare field - Paramedic, Nursing or relatedIf not holding a healthcare related degree, then must hold experience in customer service in any clinic / hospital / healthcare industryHolding excellent communication skillsHolding a pleasing personality with a customer-service oriented approach.An ARABIC AND ENGLISH SPEAKERMust be available immediately
