Employment: Full Time Our client, a well known service provider with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive. In this role, the job holder will have a direct interaction with their clients, visit the clients office and collect their documents on a regular basis, verify information using the latest technology before issuing a receipt and addressing any issues of clients, if there is any. REQUIREMENTS: Since the role will cover the entire Northern Emirates and Dubai, it is important that the person is willing to travel and possess a valid truck driving license (which is a must for this position). You must be independent and able to work with minimal supervision. Having a good command of English language is a must coupled with good knowledge in using excel and other RFID/Bluetooth / tracking devices. You should have an excellent customer service and organizational skills.
