Looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our operations team in a Healthcare organization based in Abu Dhabi.English speaker, preferably with past hospital or medical center experience in the reception.Will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, provide relevant information on health services of the hospital.Performs general clerical duties and processes insurance information.Provide necessary information regarding the facilitys services and doctors availability.Prepare monthly reports regarding the reception and report any new trends noticed. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be in UAE.Candidate must be good English speaker, preferably with experience.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Females are highly preferred.Candidate will be required to have time management skills and able to follow instructions clearly given in English.
