Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading online fashion retailer looking for a Customer Care Team Leader to manage their team of customer care consultants in Dubai.We are ideally looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and has experience in luxury sales.As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will:-Manage customer care consultants on their daily performance and attendance-Ensure that consultants are aware and on target versus the financial objectives of the business-Lead, motivate, and coach team in terms of driving top-notch customer experience and maximizing sales opportunities-Resolve customer issues from all channels by providing timely solutions-Work closely with key internal teams in achieving business goals-Ensure teams compliance to company policies and set standards REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree, with minimum 5 years experience in a similar role-Proven experience in the Luxury retail and Online Merchandising industry-Strong experience in a customer-centered environment-Strong verbal and written communication skills-A natural leader, with the ability to motivate a team-Arabic speaker (required)If you have exemplary sales and customer service skills looking for great career opportunity, we highly encourage you to apply with your updated CV today.
