We are now looking for a Credit Control Manager responsible for optimizing cash collections and effective collections across the various business units. The role requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan, and assist the Senior Manager with directing the department and managing the team members.Job responsibilities include,Review current process and look to improve / maintain collectionsTake overall responsibility for maintaining TG LLC & TC Cash debtors databaseSet monthly team targetsAssist and support the team with resolution of billing queries and how to avoid repetition of the same queriesIdentify risk associated with debtors and proactively take measures to mitigate such risksPersonal development of team members and team buildingWeekly debtors meeting with all business unitsAssist with the implementation of the aviation automation, multiple receipt downloads automation and TG Cash billing automationReview and maintain bad debt provisionCredit analysis of new clients REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have,Degree in Finance or AccountingGood understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications (Oracle)Good working experience in an ERP environmentProven ability of planning and priority setting for a billing departmentProven track record for improving process efficiencies and problem solving
