Employment: Full Time Looking for a Country Manager to be based in Dubai office. Ideal candidate will have the following:- Minimum of 8 years experience in the Real Estate/Construction recruitment industry in Dubai.- 2 years management experience- Able to Business Develop and win new business- Build a successful team and grow the business Salary: AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: - For this role candidate must have minimum 8 years experience in the UAE, in the Real Estate and Construction recruitment industry.- Management Experience, managing a full team.- Candidate will be expected to bring existing clients to the company and also win new business.- Will have managed a team and will be able to grow sales team and business.
