Due to their recent success they are expanding their team in the UAE and looking for a Country Manager to manage the entire operations.ResponsibilitiesManage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-countryTrain & Recruit the very best talent in this new marketCollaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and servicesConduct extensive research regarding the marketCollaborate with leadership to strategize how best to roll out the product lineSynthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and developmentNetwork effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationshipsWork to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintainedMentor direct reports, set KPIsContribute to the overall global success of our company REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications10+ years of experience with at least 5 years at managerial levelPrevious experience managing P&L and legal aspects of a companyMust have managed and built a teamExtensive experience in business development and ability to drive a company forwardMust have experience working for a communications platformBachelors degree
