Experience & Skills- Requires a minimum of 10 years experience in IT Industry, preferably in operational or service delivery role.- A good understanding of Oracle technology and services capability and structure;- A good understanding of Oracles internal organisation and seeks to build and maintain a personal contact network within this structure;- Open and honest with customers and colleagues, honouring promises and commitments.- Identifies how to improve how things are being done and acts before being asked.- Makes decisions based on accurate information and priorities that balances the interests of the customer and Oracle.- Fluent in English, Arabic advantage but not prerequisite .- Ability to take decisions regarding operational and process areas in the widest sense. Clear direction given to staff.- Ability to work with no day-to-day guidance , and make all decisions impacting the operation of the Quote & Contracting operation.Qualifications- Educated to Degree level or with suitable higher level education or industry experience in technology and/or service delivery. - Legal/Commercial contracting background/knowledge an advantage but not prerequisite.
