A property or construction related degree is required.Be able to draft FIDIC contractual letters. MRICS Accreditation will be highly regarded.Previous senior contracts delivery level experience is required within GCC. Having achieved success performing activities as described within ?Role?.Knowledgeable of contract delivery of projects, portfolios and programmes of works. Quantity surveying / cost management background with experience of multi-million developments including commercial administration of consultant agreements.
